I've Been There
This was me at 20 years old:
I was the “potential” guy. The one everyone thought would do great things — but deep down, I felt stuck, lost, and frustrated.
I’d wake up, scroll my phone for way too long, tell myself I’d change, and then repeat the same cycle.
No clarity. No discipline. No drive. Just a constant feeling that I was falling behind.

How long does the program take to see results?
It depends on how seriously you take the work. Each session will have clear objectives and milestones to help you get the results you're seeking. If you do the work you will already see mindset changes and results after just the first session.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This is not therapy or coaching. This is neuroscience-backed program focused on helping you change your self-image through action. We work on patterns, mindset, habits, and behaviour — all structured around who you want to become.
Do I need to be into neuroscience to understand this?
This is the most asked question. Absolutely not. My job is to make complex concepts and boring research become easy to understand principles that you can internalise and use to become who you want to be.
How much time will this take weekly?
It depends. The program has twice a week or once a week session (depending on what option is chosen). The biggest time commitment will be towards emptying the strategies we'll create together to push you to be who you want to be (example: If one of your objectives is to get leaner but you have not been spending any time on that, obviously you'll have to allocate time for that). In my experience, the biggest problem is never the time commitment, is the willingness to change and face the work that promotes that change.
