Identity Architecture Protocol

You can be smart, ambitious, and still lose to the same loop every week.

You can acquire any personality trait you wish you had.

Confidence, discipline, focus, competence. They're all neural pathways that can be built, shaped and strengthened through a rewiring process.

Trait Diagnostic Preview

The pattern usually looks like this.

  1. 01
    The stakes rise.

The work gets visible, important, or emotionally loaded.

  2. 02
    A protective response takes over.

You overthink, reset the plan, drift into distraction, or avoid the real move.

  3. 03
    Short-term relief. Long-term cost.

The discomfort drops for a moment, but the real work is still there.

  4. 04
    Self-trust drops again.

You lose momentum, respect yourself less, and promise a stronger restart.

What happens inside the protocol: we map the traits driving this loop, expose the shadow response they create under pressure, then build a protocol that gives you a different way to act.

Question 1 of 5
Which of these traits do you wish was stronger?
Select all that apply
Question 2 of 5
When pressure rises, what typically takes over?
Question 3 of 5
When was the last time you broke a promise to yourself?
Question 4 of 5
Do you feel like your behaviour matches what you're capable of?
Question 5 of 5
If nothing changes in the next 12 months, how would that feel?

You've tried to change before. You started strong, felt motivated for a few days, and then quietly slipped back into the same version of yourself.

You know you have more in you. You can feel it. But knowing that and actually accessing it are two completely different things.

Confidence, discipline, consistency. You've been treating them like habits to build. They're not habits. They're traits. And traits live deeper than your morning routine.

You know what to do. You just can't make yourself do it. That's not a motivation problem. That's a wiring problem.

And the worst part? Every time you tried and failed, you lost a little trust in yourself. That's the real cost.

You've been changing your behaviour. You should have been changing your cognitive architecture.

Your brain evolved to keep you alive, not to make you successful, happy or fulfilled. Every trait you admire in someone else is not a gift they were born with. It's a neural pathway they developed.

The reason nothing has worked is simple. Your brain rejects any action that conflicts with how you see yourself. It doesn't matter how many times you promise yourself you'll change if your self-concept still says "I'm not that person."

Map your cognitive architecture, and that changes your self-concept. The behaviour follows. It stays because of neuroplasticity. And it's the foundation of everything I teach.

What you've been doing
  • Forcing habits through willpower
  • Consuming more information
  • Copying other people's routines
  • Treating symptoms, not causes
What actually works
  • Rewiring the identity beneath the behaviour
  • Mapping your cognitive architecture
  • Integrating your shadow patterns
  • Building traits at the neurological level

In the first session, I ask you diagnostic questions that most people have never been asked. They reveal which traits are actually driving your behaviour and which shadow patterns take over when pressure rises. Once you can see the loop clearly, you can interrupt it. That's when the rewiring protocol stops being generic and starts working for your specific brain.

You don't need more discipline. You need to see the pattern clearly enough to change what happens next.

What this protocol is not.

  • No productivity theater or vague transformation language
  • No "unlock your potential" fluff
  • No oversized neuroscience lecture
  • No fake urgency or manufactured scarcity
  • Just a concrete diagnosis and a protocol built around your actual pattern

Four sessions. Five weeks. A different cognitive architecture.

The Identity Architecture Protocol is a personalised cognitive rewiring program built around your specific psychology.

Session I

Cognitive Architecture Mapping

We map your brain's current wiring. Where your strong traits are, where the gaps are, what patterns are running on autopilot without you knowing. You leave with a personalised rewiring protocol. Not generic fluffy advice. A plan built for how your brain actually works.

→ Actionable protocol for week 1

1 week: protocol implementation + between-session check-ins

Session II

Identity Architecture

We look at what shifted from the first protocol and start designing who you're actually becoming. This is where we move from diagnosis to construction. We build the identity framework that your new traits will anchor to.

→ Identity blueprint + protocol 2

1 week: protocol implementation + between-session check-ins

Session III

Shadow Integration

We go deeper. We find the shadow traits. The underdeveloped patterns that are actively sabotaging your progress. The defence mechanisms you can't see. The parts of your personality that are working against everything you built in the first two sessions.

→ Shadow map + integration protocol

1 week: protocol implementation + between-session check-ins

Session IV

Trait Consolidation

We remap your new cognitive architecture and compare it to where you started. Then we build the maintenance system that makes these changes stick. You leave with a protocol for the long term to promote these changes through neuroplasticity.

→ Maintenance system + long-term protocol

Check Eligibility

You leave with proof, not another explanation.

The goal is not a temporary burst of inspiration. It's a visible shift in how you respond when the familiar loop starts. That shift shows up in your work, your health, your relationships, and your bank account.

01

A clear diagnosis of the pattern.

You understand the traits driving your behaviour and the exact shadow response that keeps costing you momentum.

02

Earlier awareness when the loop starts.

You stop noticing the pattern after another wasted week and start catching it while there's still something to do about it.

03

A personalised daily rewiring protocol.

You leave with something specific enough to use, not a generic stack of habits that dies the next time life gets noisy.

04

More self-trust in real life.

You build evidence that your behaviour can finally start matching what you know, what you say, and what you actually want.

05

Real-world evidence.

The people around you start noticing before you tell them anything changed. Your output increases. Your commitments stick. The gap between what you say and what you do starts closing.

This is for you if...

  • You are smart, self-aware, ambitious, and still frustrated by inconsistent execution.
  • You already know the usual self-improvement advice and want something sharper than "try harder."
  • You are tired of procrastinating on the work that would actually move your life forward.
  • You are willing to use a daily protocol between sessions.
Not for someone looking for therapy, crisis support, or a generic accountability container.

Why this approach feels grounded

  • Built from a neuroscience background, behavioral psychology knowledge, and a strong sales execution lens.
  • Focused on diagnosing the trait pattern beneath the symptom, not just talking about the symptom more elegantly.
  • Designed around real follow-through between sessions, not insight that lives in a notebook.
  • Clear on scope: this is coaching for behavior change, not therapy.

I built this because I was the pattern. I moved countries, got the degree, built the audience, and still couldn't close the gap between who I knew I was and what I was actually doing. The protocol I'm offering you is what I used on myself first. It works because it was built by someone who needed it, not someone who read about it.

Marco Antoniazzi speaking on stage

When I was 7 I got hit by a car and nearly died. That experience made me obsessed with understanding how the human brain works. How it shapes who we are, why we do what we do, and whether we can actually change it.

That obsession led me to study Neuroscience and Finance at the University of Sydney. But my understanding of change didn't just come from textbooks. I moved from Brazil to Australia at 20 with limited English and rebuilt my identity from scratch.

I learned firsthand that personality is not fixed. It's built. Now I help others do the same, using the neuroscience most people never get access to.

Before you book

Is this therapy or coaching?
+

Neither in the traditional sense. Therapy asks "why are you this way?" This protocol asks "what do you want to become and what's neurologically blocking you?" We engineer your future, not process your past.

Do I need to understand neuroscience?
+

Not at all. My job is to translate complex research into things you can actually use. You don't need to know how the engine works. You just need to drive.

Can four sessions really change my personality?
+

Four sessions gives you the map, the tools, and the initial rewiring. Neuroplasticity research shows measurable personality shifts in 6 to 8 weeks of targeted work. The protocol gives you the system. The change continues after.

What if coaching hasn't worked for me before?
+

Most coaching works at the behaviour level. Habits, routines, accountability. This works at the identity level. If you've only ever changed what you do without changing who you believe you are, that's exactly why it didn't last.

Is the diagnostic call actually free?
+

Yes. 30 minutes. I'll map your top trait gaps and give you at least one insight you can use right away. Whether you join or not.
